By commissioning me for custom artwork or using any of my copyrighted material, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below. Under no circumstances can my TOS be overwritten unless we've agreed otherwise.GENERAL
If the commission is not something I'm comfortable with, I have the full right to refuse it. Adjustments can basolutely be made to meet with your standards but if it something that i retain inappropriate, then i will refuse.PAYMENTS
PAYMENT IS SPLIT BETWEEN 50% BEFORE AND 50% AFTER THE COMMISSION IS FULLY FINISHED.
Prices are all in EUR and EUR only, please check if you are using the right currency.
No refunds once I start to work on the commission. If the commission is not finished upon the agreed deadline you will have a full refund.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Because of the complexity of the illustration with details, a commission would normally take 1 to 2 months. I am a student looking for a job so I am unfortunately busy with lots of stuff. We can absolutely agree on a shorter deadline if required, the price could be higher depending on the delivery time requested.USE
Any commercial use is prohibited unless we agreed otherwise.
No NFT, no AI generating and no usage without permission. I have all the rights to take legal actions if my art is stolen or used without my consent.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist have fully rights on using scrapped concepts (unlees it's agreed otherwise) to create character designs, illustrations, commercial usage, ecc...I have the rights to use the illustration as a promotion for my art, I do not have any rights on Oc's and media charachters.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel the commission before payment, there are no repercussions. The commission will be cancelled and no further action needs to be taken.Asking for a refund when the art piece is completed is NOT ALLOWED.If you want a refund but the art is still not completed, i'll only charge for what i've done that far.I have the rights to not finish a commission if I really need to. Of course, i'll give a refund then.I have the rights to stop a commission if the client doesn't send payment, details (such as references) in a certain amount of time. Ghosting / Ignoring messages when I ask for information may also lead to the commission being stopped. (If you have anxiety I totally understand! Please let me know, and I'll be less pushy!)I have the rights to reuse and sell the pose and concept as a Ych to someone else if a refund is requested and the illustration has not been completed.Inappropriate/aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I may stop or cancel the commission. (+ refund if you paid me.)PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE
Resolution of the art will change depending on my needs. If needed I can accept custom heights and lengths, as long they’re not too big for my devices to handle.I have the right to use assets such as 3D models, brushes and background elements that could help me speed up the process.I have the rights to re-use ych assets.I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I send more WIP's once I start working.Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images if I didn't receive full payment yet.I won't accept drawings with super urgent deadlines. We can discuss about it but i'll probably refuse as it causes me too much stress.I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed, of course if something comes up I will absolutely notify you.Color changes to the characters may be applied in my final product. I will try to follow the colour scheme as much as I can, if something changes slightly. I am not a professional when it comes to color, so I will be extremely glad to have corrections and suggestions!COMMUNICATION
